These custom thermal running leggings are developed for men’s cold-weather running ranges, training collections, sports clubs, and private label activewear programs. The full-length design uses 220 GSM polyester fabric, providing more coverage than lightweight running tights while retaining breathable, quick-dry performance during outdoor training and warm-up sessions.

A secure elastic waistband supports a close athletic fit, while the contrasting curved side panels create a distinctive technical look and allow brands to build coordinated color stories. The fabric weight, thermal level, waistband construction, inseam, panel shape, and fit can be adjusted for different climates and product-line requirements. A brushed inner finish can also be specified when greater cold-weather insulation is required.

OEM options include Pantone color matching, digital printing, heat-transfer logos at the waist or legs, private labels, care labels, hangtags, and branded packaging. Sizes can be developed from S–5XL or graded to the buyer’s measurement chart. Light customization starts from 50 pieces per style and full customization from 100 pieces. Sampling takes approximately 4–10 days, followed by 20–25 days for bulk production after approval.
